Lori Hope, CPA - VP, Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Hope joined Infopop as Controller in May 2000, bringing 15 years of experience in accounting and financial management. As a member of the core management team, she focuses on financial reporting, development of internal/external accounting systems, human resources/benefits, and planning for anticipated corporate growth.
Michael Farris, Ph.D. - VP, Product Evangelist
Dr. Farris, who originally came to Infopop as a customer in 1996, joined the staff in January of 2000 as the Forums Project Manager. He brings to the eve community platform project more than 24 years of experience in University teaching and Systems Analysis in Canada, where he developed major online projects for the Women's Television Network and Consolidated Properties Corporation. Mr. Farris will apply his unique perspective as a former customer and expert in human adaptation to overseeing the continuing development of the eve community platform.
Dave Dreezer – VP, UBB.classic, UBB.threads, & Web Hosting Manager
Mr. Dreezer began his association with Infopop as one of our license-holders, eventually becoming an avid participant in the UBB.classic community of users. Hired initially to assist with customer support, Dave has become one of the most valuable members of the Infopop team, responsible for management of UBB.classic, UBB.threads, and our web hosting service.
Barry Kaplan – Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Kaplan’s responsibilities include application development, testing, release as well as the operations management of Infopop’s ASP and web hosting environments. During the past five years he has worked on a range of products from electronic trading systems to real time mobile alerting infrastructures. He has worked for Goldman Sachs, SmartRay Networks, Lifeminders and NASA and received his Bachelor of Science in Cognitive and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
Denise Fitzgerald – Customer Support Manager
Ms. Fitzgerald joined Infopop in May 2004 to direct the daily operations of the Customer Experience Team. She comes to us from Accenture, Inc., where she served as a Product Leader for a diverse group of technical products. She’s managed technical support in a variety of environments, from aviation to hospitals. In between management responsibilities, family life, and military service, she managed to complete a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, and an MBA.
